Made to Order Items: All of our products are made to order, meaning they are specially created just for you. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns on any non-defective or undamaged items.

Sizing Chart: To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the sizing chart provided on the product page. It is important to use the corresponding sizing chart before placing your order.

Returns on Defective or Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to assist you. We will accept returns on such items to provide a refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or damaged item and wish to initiate a return, please notify us within 3 days from the delivery date based on the tracking information of your order. This will allow us to promptly address the issue.

Return Authorization Number: Before sending back a return, please ensure that you have obtained a Return Authorization Number from our customer service team. This number is required to initiate the return process and helps us efficiently track and process your request.

Return Shipping Fees: Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees. The cost of returning the item(s) to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returning Items for Refund: To receive a refund for a defective or damaged item, it must be returned to us in its original condition. We kindly ask that you carefully package the item and include all original tags and packaging materials. Store credit is issued for any approved returns.
